Happy Birthday Gary!!!

Happy Birthday to my husband… my biggest cheerleader…. my best friend!!! It’s always fun when your birthday actually lands on Thanksgiving because not only can I get on here and wish you a happy birthday but I can at the same time talk about how thankful that I am for you!!!

It’s crazy to think that this is the 20th birthday I’ve gotten to say Happy Birthday to you!! That’s a lot of birthday’s and a lot of memories and gosh it makes me excited about all the birthday’s still to come!!! I love you so much and I’m soo glad that once again I get to tell you Happy Birthday!!!

Gary you are such an amazing man. I think anyone who knows you… would say the same thing!! You have the biggest heart, you support, you cheer on, you take a stand when you need to, you love God, you love your girls with your whole being… you go after your dreams while at the same time helping & encouraging others to do the same!! I don’t know if I’ve ever seen someone support and encourage people the way you do. You get behind them and root for them and pour into them… and no matter what the outcome you’d do it all over again because that’s what you do. You are a man that stands by his word & his faith… and while you aren’t the biggest talker… get you talking about something you love and are passionate about and you don’t shut up!! You make life so fun… even when you annoy the absolute crap out of me (yes mom, I just said crap)…. you annoy & rile me up on purpose and it can make me SOO mad but gosh do I love you!!

I am soo soo thankful that at 14 & 15 years old we were introduced on a Friday night at a football game. Little did we know that 20 birthday’s later we’d be where we are today!! I am thankful that we’ve put up with each other and walked alongside one another and rooted and cheered and supported and cried and laughed and just been bored together at times. I am soo thankful for all of it… I am thankful for you and then man that you are!! I love you!! Happy Birthday!!!!

Photography is in my blood and seeking truth is in my soul. Which is a deep way of saying, I’ve loved to take photos for a really long time, y’all. I’d love to share my story with you then listen to yours.

I grew up in a house full of photos. My dad or I when I was old enough, was always behind a camera…family dinners, road trips, Sunday afternoons that probably didn’t seem worth documenting but somehow always were. That’s where I fell in love with this work. And somewhere along the way, I also learned […]

Meredith and J.G. invited their family and friends to the Piermont Cottage, which is part of Old Edwards Inn for brunch and farewells the morning after their wedding day.
The morning was full stories that were filled with laughter and joy!! It was the perfect way to end an amazing weekend. Venue  | The Farm […]

Meredith and John Grady were married on a beautiful, Friday afternoon in July in Highlands, North Carolina. Meredith began her day at the Farm at Old Edwards Inn, surrounded by so many incredible women in her life. The morning was full of joy, love, and an abundance of happy tears. After Meredith slipped into her […]
