Lindsey & Joe | Old Cigar Wedding | Greenville Wedding Photographer

January 16th was a chilly but absolutely beautiful Saturday that even gave us a few snow flakes!!  I arrived at the house where Lindsey was getting ready with her dearest friends and y’all the laughter and fun these ladies were having made me smile!!  After Lindsey & Joe made significant changes to the amount of people that would be celebrating with them on their wedding day it was such a joy to hear and see her so happy because I know how torn she was to not have everyone that was originally supposed to be with them on their wedding day with them.  Her ladies were nothing but encouraging and amazing and to hear Lindsey tell Heather (the wedding planner) at the end of the night that they day was better than she could ever have imagined… well that right there was a moment that was so special because you could see it in hers and Joes eyes how happy and in love they are and how excited they were to be married!!
I left the house and headed to Old Cigar Warehouse where I met Joe for the first time and y’all he was a man READY to see his bride and get married!!  Joe didn’t have to wait long because Lindsey met him outside for their first look and y’all the moment he saw her the water works started for both of them and it was such a special moment.  FREEZING, but soo special!!  I asked them at one point “do y’all want to go inside and warm up” and I’m pretty sure Joe was ready but Lindsey said “nope I’m out here let’s do this!!”.  I loved getting to document the love they have for one another.  The way they make each other smile and throw your head back laugh.  These two are a lot of fun and it was such an honor to photograph their wedding day for them!!!

After all of the photos of the two of them, their wedding party and with family we headed inside to get them married and celebrate.  Their ceremony and reception continued the theme of tears, smiles and laughter!!!  Their guest list was small but gosh those that were there knew how to celebrate and love Lindsey & Joe soo soo well.  Lindsey & Joe, thank you so much for wanting me to photograph your wedding day!!
