I have LOVED LOVED LOVED getting to know Amanda & Carson since last November!!  Carson first messaged me at the beginning of the month to see if I’d be available to photograph him proposing to Amanda.  A few weeks later I was sitting down with him, Amanda and Amanda’s entire family!!  Amanda & Carson were living in different parts of the country and they knew they were going to get married in the summer (Amanda was the only one that didn’t know WHEN she was going to be getting engaged) so they started planning prior to the engagement since they weren’t living in Greenville and were both in town.  I went the entire meeting having to make sure I didn’t spill the beans and at the VERY end Amanda let the cat out of the bag with something along the lines of “I know you’re photographing the proposal”… y’all I was mortified because I had just spent the last hour keeping a secret under wraps when she sprung that one on me.  I looked at Carson and said something like “why didn’t you tell me she knew!!!”  We all laughed and kept talking and planning their July wedding… and kept the date of the proposal a secret!!

On December 31st Carson 100% surprised Amanda with the proposal and y’all it was so much fun to be part of and capture.  Every step of their planning their wedding day has been a joy to be part of so when July 25th rolled around I was sooo excited to see them and their family again and photograph their wedding day at Westfield Greenville!!  Amanda & Carson were both so excited to see each other and y’all when they first saw each other during their first look it was one of the sweetest moments!!  As you’ll see in the images below Carson reacted to his bride the same both during their first look and when he first saw her at the end of the aisle and y’all both times seeing him get emotional had me in tears.  Amanda & Carson more than anything couldn’t wait to get married & then celebrate with their family & friends and then start their lives together.  These two have spent the last few years long distance and July 25th marked the start of their next chapter TOGETHER!!!  I am so excited to share a few of my favorites from Amanda & Carson’s wedding day!!!

Amanda & Carson, thank y’all soo sooo much for wanting me to photograph your wedding day!! I have LOVED getting to know you two over the last year and I am so excited to see how God uses you two and your marriage!!  Can’t wait to see y’all again!!!!
