Haley & Taylor | NC Wedding Photographer

On the first Saturday of March I had the privilege & honor of documenting Haley & Taylor’s wedding day!! As I walked through the doors of the house where Haley was getting ready I was greeted with warm hugs and excitement and y’all that lasted ALL day!! From family popping in and out as Haley got ready (and you’ll see below the reaction from both Haley & her grandfather as he saw her for the first) to those that were making sure the day and all the details were just the way as they planned them… Haley & Taylor were surrounded by the people they love so much. Haley’s mom helped helped Haley as she got dressed as long as her nana lending a hand with the pearls that Haley wore. The entire day was a family affair and let’s just say I teared up more than a time or two!!

Haley & Taylor were SOOO excited to get married. As I was taking photos of Taylor Haley texted to ask how he was and if he was nervous. He was full of all the emotions but excitement is what I saw most. Excitement to marry Haley. As Taylor saw Haley for the first time at the end of the aisle you could still see it and feel it. The excitement and love was written all over both of their faces. Their ceremony was beautiful and sweet and included laughter, smiles and tears!! Haley & Taylor headed to their reception at Bishop Farm and spent time with each of their guests before being pelted with bird seed (if you think I’m kidding check out the last two photos ;)) as everyone saw them off!! Haley & Taylor are married and it has been so much fun to get to know these two. These two compliment each other so much and it has been a joy to see them together and photograph their love for one another!! I’m so excited to share their wedding day with you all today!! Here are a few images from their beautiful (and VERY windy) wedding day!!

Haley & Taylor, thank you two so much for wanting me to photograph your wedding day!! It meant so much for y’all to ask me to be there and I am so excited for you two and this next chapter in your lives!!!!

Photography is in my blood and seeking truth is in my soul. Which is a deep way of saying, I’ve loved to take photos for a really long time, y’all. I’d love to share my story with you then listen to yours.

There’s a reason people plan entire weekends around being in Highlands in October. The weather cools down, the leaves start changing, and suddenly a drive you’ve made a dozen times takes twice as long because everyone in the car wants to stop and look at the view. I’ve photographed quite a few Highlands, North Carolina […]

I photographed a wedding at a private estate two years ago where hair and makeup ran behind. We went from having an hour and a half for all of the portraits to having thirty minutes, and that thirty minutes still had to cover the bride and groom, the wedding party, and both families. While we […]

Palm Springs, California is one of those places you visit and you’ll never forget!! I loved my time there and really enjoyed my time with Sasha & Chloe for their session amongst the windmills!! We had so much fun and I’m so excited to share a handful of my favorite images from my session with […]
