Growing up in NC you just get used to having a few good snow days/ice storms during the year, it’s just something you come to expect.  When we moved to Texas I thought those days were behind us, mainly b/c the weather is so mild during the winter months.  I have to say that I was very excited when I looked out my window this morning to see the pretty flakes falling from the sky.  I actually didn’t think any of it would stick b/c it’s been a pretty mild week, but some of it is sticking!  So needless to say Daisy and I went and played  for a little while and I was able to get a few pictures with my point and shoot!!  🙂 I forgot that I love snow (well at least a day of snow)

First thing this morning…..
