I’m a big fan of documenting the night before the wedding day!! It not only gives me a chance to spend time with the couple but also it gives me a chance to meet all the people I’ll be around the next day… AND get my eyes on the venue to see it with fresh eyes. I met Kristin & Nolan at Agapae Oaks where both there rehearsal day and wedding day were taking place and I am soo glad I did!! Not only did we have a lot of fun taking these couples photos below but they were able to show me spots that they love as well as where the Bourbon was buried and where the ceremony was taking place and even talk about how even at the same time the next day we’d have high tide at the dock instead of low tide.
If you’re on the fence about having your photographer at your rehearsal evening… I say do it!! It gives you time with them as well as the images from intimate evening with your wedding party and families!!
Kristin & Nolan, I loved my time with you two prior to your rehearsal!!! Thank you soo much for wanting me to document so many parts of your wedding: from engagement session, to this couple session before the rehearsal, to your wedding day!! I think we should head back to Beaufort and hang out again!!!!
