I’m pretty sure Abby & Drew couldn’t have picked a prettier day in May to get married at Lion’s Gate Manor!! There was a “cool” front that was coming through the upstate and on a day that is usually sweltering, it was downright amazing weather wise!!! Abby & Drew were surrounded by their family & friends their entire day and y’all the love and support these two have around them is amazing. I learned so much about these two all day and I can’t tell begin to tell you what an honor it was to not only photograph their wedding day but at the end of the day call these two friends.
Abby & Drew’s day had so many favorite moments and I’m pretty sure my two favorites were their first look. Drew’s face when he turned around to see Abby was priceless. Their embraces and time together before the ceremony was super sweet!! Then my second favorite moment was during the ceremony when the pastor asked Drew if he’d take Abby to be his wife and then he paused and looked back for confirmation from his groomsmen and then they gave him the thumbs up… it was hilarious.. but then Abby took a note from Drew and did the same thing when it was her turn and it had everyone rolling!! There’s a photo below of when Abby asked her bridesmaids what they thought!!! Laughter on wedding days is a favorite and I am so excited to share so many of those moments with y’all today!!
