Happy Happy Birthday!!!! I LOVE that this is the 21st time that I’m getting to tell you Happy Birthday!!! To think back on 14 year old me and how nervous I was about your 16th birthday and had NO idea what to get you or if my parents would even take me to the store to buy you a present. And here I am 21 years later and I have NO idea what I got you…. probably something cheesy…. Because in reality I had known you for only 3 months at that point!! But here I am 21 birthday’s later and still have no idea what to get you (yes world I am admitting that it is my husband’s birthday and I haven’t gotten him his present yet!!!)… but at the end of the day for you it’s about the time spent together and making memories.. which is why you planned this afternoon doing something fun with the girls and then eating a burger at one of our favorite places!!
Gary you are the love of my life and I am so thankful for you. Thankful for the man, daddy and husband that you are. Thankful for your heart that loves hard. Thankful that every single day that I get to do life alongside of you. That I get to fight with you, love you, parent with you. Thankful that you put up with me 🙂 and all my oddities. You are someone that that takes life in. You do things to perfection (even if that means it takes you FOREVER to do them 🙂 ). You do things well. You area ALL about integrity and loyalty. You love Jesus. You see the best in people even when they are at their worst. You teach me so many things every single day. You encourage, you challenge, you dream big dreams.
