Spartanburg Wedding Photographer | Leandro & Chrissa

In 2009 on a trip to Brazil with my church I met Leandro.  Leandro was a translator for us as well part of our team when we were there & y’all he is one of those people that you want to know and have as a friend… and for me I’ve been lucky enough to call him a friend and brother!!  This is a guy who loves people & Jesus and serves both with all that he has.  Two summers ago he came to the states to work alongside my parents at Camp Rockfish & Retreat Center so it’s been so fun to get to catch up in person every now and again!!!  Last summer when we were visiting him I was hearing about a young lady who he had just ventured to D.C. to visit (Chrissa has been a missionary in the Dominican Republic) while she was “home”.  Well between a few visits here and there, calls & emails… these two fell in love and come May will be saying “I do” and serving along side each other!!  When they decided on a wedding date I was soo soo bummed because I already have a wedding on that day but so excited that even though I can’t document their wedding day I could take their engagement photos.  Chrissa flew back to the states a few weeks ago and surprised Leandro & on that visit these two made the trip to Spartanburg for their engagement session and I am soo soo glad I finally got to meet Chrissa and also have them in front of my camera documenting them as a couple!!  As you’ll see these two are pretty smitten with one another so it made my job crazy easy!!!  I am so excited to share these images!!  Here are a few of my favorites from our time together!!

I am so glad that you stopped by my online home!!  One of my favorite things to do is share my clients’ images!! It gives you a look at the kind of images you will receive if you hire me to be your photographer.  If you would like to see what a full session or wedding looks like, please feel free to ask!

Photography is in my blood and seeking truth is in my soul. Which is a deep way of saying, I’ve loved to take photos for a really long time, y’all. I’d love to share my story with you then listen to yours.

I grew up in a house full of photos. My dad or I when I was old enough, was always behind a camera…family dinners, road trips, Sunday afternoons that probably didn’t seem worth documenting but somehow always were. That’s where I fell in love with this work. And somewhere along the way, I also learned […]

Meredith and J.G. invited their family and friends to the Piermont Cottage, which is part of Old Edwards Inn for brunch and farewells the morning after their wedding day.
The morning was full stories that were filled with laughter and joy!! It was the perfect way to end an amazing weekend. Venue  | The Farm […]

Meredith and John Grady were married on a beautiful, Friday afternoon in July in Highlands, North Carolina. Meredith began her day at the Farm at Old Edwards Inn, surrounded by so many incredible women in her life. The morning was full of joy, love, and an abundance of happy tears. After Meredith slipped into her […]
