Hunter & Drew's Downtown Greenville Wedding | Greenville Wedding Photographer - Kendra Martin Photography

On December 18th I walked into Hunter’s getting ready suite in downtown Greenville to say hello and also let her know that “yes it’s pouring, don’t worry about, but there may be a few shifts” and y’all she looked at me and said “I trust you, do whatever we need to do”. As a wedding photographer those are words to my ears and I was crying super happy tears inside. With some shuffling of the timeline and adjustments for where photos were going to take place and the most amazing bride & groom and their wedding party just going with it all, and sharing a location with multiple other photographers as a proposal happened and family photos (all of us trying to keep our clients dry and make portraits happen) Hunter & Drew stood within a few feet of each other under the Wyche Pavillion about to see one another for the first time.

Drew was ready to see he bride, and Hunter was crazy excited to see her groom!! Drew turned around to see his soon to be wife and looked at her in the sweetest way!! These two love each other like crazy and it was an honor to document that love all day. Not only do they love each other like crazy… they love their people (family, friends, vendors… everyone there on December 18th) and vice versa!! Their family & friends celebrated the two of them from early in the morning till late at night and it was an honor to be there documenting it all. Hunter & Drew’s day was filled with so many smiles and happy tears from everyone!! From multiple first looks (did a first look with Hunter/Drew and their full wedding party and y’all I’m totally a fan of that now!!! It was a spur of the moment thing but gosh it was awesome and I loved seeing how excited their wedding party was to see these two together on their wedding day!! Then Hunter & her dad had a first look (had all of us crying) to the sweetest ceremony… to her dad’s toast and just so many other moments… such a sweet sweet day!!! I am soo excited to share just a snippet of their day with y’all!!!

Hunter & Drew, from a few years ago y’all going from being in front of my camera as you were dating, to then Drew proposing to you, to your engagement session to now your wedding day. I can’t begin to tell y’all how much it means to me each time y’all ask me to take your photos. I love y’all and am soo glad our paths crossed so many years ago. THANK YOU for wanting me to document this super sweet time in y’alls lives!!!! I am soo excited for y’all and can’t wait to see y’all be married!!!!
