I can’t believe it’s been a month since Katie & Chris got married!!!! They were married surrounded by family and friends at the Greenville Country Club and y’all it was BEAUTIFUL!!!! From the time they both stepped off the bus (at different times) to the time I hugged them goodbye that night they were nothing but smiles and y’all it was so fun to see and document!!!
These two opted for pretty classic everything and it made my timeless/classic heart just so excited!!! I mean y’all just scroll down (after you read this) and see how classic Katie’s dress is!!! AHHH I loved it!!! Katie and Chris opted for a first look and when she told me they had decided to do one she said “but I don’t want to do it where he turns around… I want it to be like me walking out to meet him” so that’s exactly what they did!! Both ALL smiles and then they shared personal vows that they wrote for one another and happy tears were shed all around!!
During the ceremony they shared another set of vows that they had written and y’all they were just the sweetest!! Love when my couples have both private moments and things that happen for just the two of them, but also something personal that gets to be shared with all the guests as well!! After the ceremony we took a few family photos and husband & wife photos and they were able to head onto the balcony and enjoy their cocktail hour!! It was a lot of fun to see people get so excited as they walked up the stairs and then again as they were introduced into their reception as Mr. & Mrs. Foody!!!
