Emily & Casey | Beaufort SC Wedding Photographer

I first photographed Emily & Casey for their engagement session in the fall of 2018.  I then had the joy of photographing their wedding day in April of 2019 (and y’all want to talk about crazy April weather… their wedding day was FREEZING…. And rainy and then foggy… but also so perfect!!).  Since photographing their wedding I’ve gotten to know these two even more and they have gone from clients to friends and are near and dear to me!!  I’ve had the opportunity to mentor Emily in photography and have her beside me at weddings every once in a while.  Every time we head to the beach we talk about them coming down to do photos but it’s never worked out… UNTIL THIS YEAR!!!  Somehow all the stars aligned and they were able to head to Beaufort, SC for a weekend while we were there for spring break!! While they were there I got to have them back in front of my camera and y’all it was so fun!!  I love getting to photograph sessions on the coast and it becomes double special when it’s past clients/friends that I get to photograph in one of my favorite places!!

Emily & Casey, y’all have no idea how much it meant to me to photograph you two again.  I loved getting to see y’all doing life together and how crazy y’all are still about one another.  Getting to catch up and hear what you’ve been up to and where life will take y’all over the next few years and what y’all are dreaming was so fun to hear.  Thank y’all so much for wanting me to take these photos of y’all in more of my favorite places.  Here are a few (I had a hard time narrowing this down but I gave it a try) of my favorites from their low country session!!!
