Amanda & Jesse Old Cigar Warehouse Wedding | Greenville Wedding Photographer

June 29th was a rather WARM day in Greenville, SC but y’all Amanda & Jesse were troopers!!  When I arrived at the Westin Poinsett where they were both getting ready I was greeted by Amanda and y’all she was radiant and soo chill!!!  She was spending time with some of her closest friends & family and it was just so fun to be in the same room as all of them!!  I had taken Amanda’s bridal portraits earlier in the week so I was super excited about all the details I knew she had and as you’ll see she had a thing for stars and I loved it!!  One of my favorite things about my couples is that so many of them incorporate things into their wedding days that mean so much to them!! When I know the stories behind those special pieces it makes me all sentimental!!

After Amanda slipped into her dress I headed to Jesse’s room and again I walked in to a room where everyone was so chill and just ready for everything to begin!!  Jesse was all smiles (even when I had to hide him away for a little bit for the first looks Amanda was having with her dad & stepdad!!  He was just ready to see his bride and get married and it was such a joy to see his excitement leading up to seeing Amanda!!  After Amanda had her first looks with her dad’s we headed outside for her and Jesse’s first look and y’all the look on Jesse’s face and the way he embraced Amanda after seeing her was precious!!  I don’t think either one of them had nerves on their wedding day but I do know that as soon as they saw each other they couldn’t stop smiling!! These two make me smile soo much and gosh it was an honor to document their wedding day!!

After Portraits we headed to Old Cigar Warehouse for the wedding ceremony & reception and I”m not going to lie I LOVED LOVED LOVED how these two mingled with their guests that arrived early!! One thing I’ve learned about Amanda & Jesse are how much the love others and how important those they love are to them.  They wanted their family & friends to enjoy themselves and their wedding day just as much as they did and it was a joy to watch it and photograph it!!  I am soo excited to share a few of my favorite images from Amanda & Jesse’s wedding day with you all today!!

Amanda & Jesse, I have LOVED getting to know you two this past year!! It was such an honor to photograph your wedding day and I am soo excited for you two and this new part of y’alls adventure!! I’m also excited that y’all are right down the highway now!!!

Photography is in my blood and seeking truth is in my soul. Which is a deep way of saying, I’ve loved to take photos for a really long time, y’all. I’d love to share my story with you then listen to yours.

I grew up in a house full of photos. My dad or I when I was old enough, was always behind a camera…family dinners, road trips, Sunday afternoons that probably didn’t seem worth documenting but somehow always were. That’s where I fell in love with this work. And somewhere along the way, I also learned […]

Meredith and J.G. invited their family and friends to the Piermont Cottage, which is part of Old Edwards Inn for brunch and farewells the morning after their wedding day.
The morning was full stories that were filled with laughter and joy!! It was the perfect way to end an amazing weekend. Venue  | The Farm […]

Meredith and John Grady were married on a beautiful, Friday afternoon in July in Highlands, North Carolina. Meredith began her day at the Farm at Old Edwards Inn, surrounded by so many incredible women in her life. The morning was full of joy, love, and an abundance of happy tears. After Meredith slipped into her […]
