I don’t mind photographing weddings & sessions when it’s cold!! There have been quite a few times over the last few years that it’s been in the 30’s and while we were cold it wasn’t horrible!! Well a few Saturday’s ago I photographed for the first time when the temperature dropped into the 20’s… and y’all it WAS COLD!!!!! Like I didn’t know if my camera would work cold… but it did!! On most days I would probably see if I could reschedule a session since it was below freezing but because the bride & groom were in for less than 48 hours and I had a wedding and sessions schedule in a different state and was going to be out of town most of the weekend a sunrise session when it was freezing was going to have to happen… and y’all even though we all froze I can say we had sooo much fun and I am sooo giddy about these images!! But more than the images, I am giddy about Lauren & Brian!!
Lauren & Brian met at grad school and while they have done part of their relationship long distance they now get to do it together in Ohio and they are the sweetest!! Lauren is the giggliest most happy morning person and it was soo fun to photograph her first thing in the morning and y’all the way Brian looks at her and loves her giggling has me all smiles as I sit here and think back to that morning!! These two are just so excited & happy to get married and are soo looking forward to doing life together!! I am soo excited to share their engagement session this morning and can’t wait to see them again in the fall!!!!!! Here are a few of my favorite images from their very chilly engagement session!!!

I am currently booking Spring 2019 Sessions – 2020 Weddings. I take a very limited number of weddings & sessions each year (I am only taking on a handful more for 2019) so that I can focus on giving my clients the best possible experience & so I can spend time with my sweet family.
