LeeAnna & Stephen’s families are spread out all over the country so their wedding day was one of the few times where they would have everyone together so for them it meant a lot to be able to spend time with everyone at the wedding.  I watched them after the ceremony interact with every guest that was there and that was soo special!!  Watching them introduce one another to family & friends that they hadn’t met yet and being surrounded and loved on by those closest to them was something I will always remember about their day. LeeAnna & Stephen were soo calm when I arrived at Duncan Estate the day of their wedding (which was a Thursday… how fun is that!!!)!!  LeeAnna was getting hair & makeup and Stephen was enjoying time with his groomsmen.  They are both the kind of people that when you’re around them it feels like “home” so all throughout their getting ready & portraits prior to the ceremony I felt as if I was hanging out with lifelong friends of mine!! These two were more concerned about everyone else than they were themselves and that’s because they knew that in a few short hours they were about to marry their best friend!!

These two have done the long distance thing their entire relationship and so their wedding day was the start to getting to spend every day together.  LeeAnna told me prior to the wedding day that she was very much looking forward to spending every day with her best friend.  She was excited that their wedding day was the start of their everyday lives together:  cooking meals together, reading on rainy days, weekend trips to the beach, loving on people as a team, and encouraging one another in their walk with Jesus.  Y’all these two and their relationship with others, one another and Jesus is something to look up to!!  It has been such an honor to get to know them and document this part of their story.  LeeAnna & Stephen, thank y’all so much for wanting me to document your wedding day!!   I am soo excited to share a few of my favorite images from their wedding day with you all!!
