Chandler & Reid’s Greenville Wedding | Furman University Wedding | Avenue Wedding | Greenville Wedding Photographers

July 14th was a typical summer day here in the south!!  It was HOT & humid and of course we were dodging summer thunderstorms!!  But y’all it was the perfect day!!  Chandler & Reid got married at Daniel Chapel on Furman University’s campus with their reception at Avenue in downtown Greenville.  LOVED getting to be at both of those venues for this beautiful wedding!!!

As soon as I walked into the Cherrydale house on Furman’s campus where Chandler & her bridesmaids were getting ready I could feel the love & joy that was surrounding the day.  They weren’t thinking about the weather or anything else that may have been going on.  Those ladies were loving on & celebrating Chandler!!  Y’all these ladies were the sweetest and it was so much fun to document them!!  I think one of my favorite moments (and really there were lots!!!) from the day was when Chandler did a first look with the ladies and the excitement on their faces when they saw their friend for the first time was something I will never forget.  These girls love each other and it was such a joy to get a glimpse of their friendships!!!  Not only was Chandler loved on by her friends… her family was there loving on her too!! Y’all I can’t say enough amazing things about Chandler’s family.  I have loved getting to know them & spend time with them and come to feel like part of their family!!!  Thank y’all so much for the example y’all are to others and for the love that you give!!!

Reid snuck into the house with the guys at some point that afternoon and I was soo excited to see him!! The guys were hanging out and ready to go when I popped upstairs to say hello!!  This was such a fun group of guys and I can see why they are all such good friends!!  Reid was sooo calm throughout the whole afternoon and you could tell that he was just excited to see Chandler & get married!!!  Y’all his smile when he saw her!!!  I will say that focusing on the grooms during a ceremony is my favorite because everyone is mainly watching the bride walk in… but I would challenge you to watch the groom at weddings because when he sees his bride walking towards him… well it’s such a sweet moment!!!  I told y’all I had lots of favorite moments from this wedding day!!!

As Chandler & Reid exited the church after their ceremony I followed behind and they were soo excited to be married!!!  They were then greeted by their family & friends (which at any wedding is a favorite to capture because there are hugs and tears and squeals and so much joy & love!!!).  These two were so much fun to document & even were up to photos in the rain (thankfully it just sprinkled) but we had a lot of fun during bridal party & Chandler/Reid portrait time!!!  After portraits we all hoped on a trolley and headed downtown Greenville to celebrate!!!  And celebrate they did!!!  It was such a fun reception!!!!  Y’all I had such a fun day with Chandler & Reid & their family and friends!!!  I am so excited to share some of my favorite images from the day with you all!!!
