One of my favorite things about being a Greenville, SC wedding photographer are the abundance of wedding venues that are located in the upstate. I’ve been photographing weddings here in Greenville & Spartanburg for almost three years and I haven’t yet photographed at the same venue twice and I know there are tons more out there that I can & will get to document weddings in the months and years to come and y’all that makes me sooo happy!! I love getting to photograph weddings at locations that are new to me!!!
When Savannah & Jacob first booked me they were having their wedding at a completely different venue, but back in the fall Savannah let me know that they had moved it to a brand new venue called Windy Hill!! What I didn’t know was that their wedding would be the first wedding to be hosted at this new venue!! How fun is that?! March 11th arrived and I headed out to Windy Hill on a BEAUTIFUL (but chilly) day!! It was crazy because earlier in the week we were wearing flip flops and short sleeves and then Saturday hit and it was FREEZING!!! What is up with this “winter’s”/start to spring’s weather?! I pulled up and the first thing I saw was the barn but then I saw the field. Y’all I have a thing for beautiful fields and then throw in a super old building & windmill and beautiful trees and well I’m in love!!! I knew immediately where ALL of the photos were going to take place… and sure enough they did :)!!!
This was such a fun wedding to start 2017 off with. Savannah & Jacob are two of the kindest and loving people you will ever meet, and then their family & friends are just crazy sweet and so much fun!!! These two are both from large families and have lots of friends so you can imagine how much fun they had celebrating. I had fun just watching them celebrate and can’t thank Savannah & Jacob enough for wanting me to document their wedding day!!! Here are just a few of my favorite images from the day!!

Savannah got to dance with 5 very important men in her life and it was the sweetest thing ever: Her grandfather, uncle, stepfather, father-in-law, and husband!!! Such a sweet sweet moment!!!
