Spartanburg Photographer | These are some of “my” people!!

There are people that walk into your life and while some may only be there for a season, you have some that become your people… and even if thousands of miles stand between you and you don’t see or talk to one another often… they stick.  Well that’s these four for me!!  Gary and I walked into their lives in the fall of 2008 and the rest is history.  Granted we don’t live in the same state and don’t get to talk as often as we’d like.. but they are friends and I love these four like family and am soo soo thankful that God placed us in each others lives so many falls ago!!  Meagan & Matt make me laugh soo much!!  They are very real people and there is no sugar coating it with them… which I LOVE because well, I’m sort of the same way ;)!!!  This family means soo stinking much to me and I miss them like crazy!!  It’s amazing to me how fast the kids have grown…. I remember the day they were born and it feels like it was yesterday… and yet it’s been almost 7 years (how is that possible)?!  Matt & Meagan, THANK Y’ALL for once again wanting me to document your family.  I love you guys and it is always such an honor to have you in front of my camera!!!!! Here are a few of my favorite photos from their fall session!!

Rachel & Ben were married on an incredible fall weekend in the upstate of South Carolina.  The weekend started out with family and friends celebrating these two at the Greenville Country Club for the rehearsal dinner.  The included hugs, the most beautiful toasts, and Ben grabbing his guitar and playing/singing for guests.  That evening set […]

For the last few years I’ve photographed Ballet Spartanburg’s performances of the Nutcracker.  It is an honor to capture these incredible students and professional dancers that share the stage for this family favorite in the heart of Spartanburg, SC.  Most years I capture the dress rehearsals, this past year due to a wedding in Charleston […]

After 18 years and hundreds & hundreds of weddings, I’ve had a front-row seat to some of the most thoughtful, personal, and beautifully designed wedding days across the Southeast. And when couples ask me what I remember most about a wedding, the answer is almost always the details. I think about the invitation suite printed […]
