When RJ first wrote contacted me about photography his first question to me was “1st – Did you really move to SC??!!!” and my response was yes, but I’ll be back in the Houston area over the next few months… from there everything kind of fell into place and when I was back in the Houston area for my sister’s baby shower & to take her maternity photos I met RJ in and around the Sugar Land area to take photos for his upcoming CD he’ll release later this year.
It was truly an honor to photograph another artist. RJ had a vision for the type of photos he wanted & had total faith that I would deliver (and for that I can’t thank him enough)… and at the end of the day I think we both walked away with images that we love. I have had this session ready to go for a while but just haven’t shown them off because I was waiting for the “right” time to blog them… well I think after being in Houston for the 10+ days it made it the right time & I am so excited to share these images with you guys!!!
RJ is a musician & it was so fun to document him for something that he’s put so much heart into. I’m looking forward to the release of his album!!! RJ, thank you for trusting me and wanting me to be the one to take these images for you. I’m so glad the timing worked out & even though it was crazy MUGGY & HOT the evening of your session it was a lot of fun!!!!
