I can’t remember the exact percentage now, but I remember watching the weather ALL week leading up to Lauren & Dean’s wedding just hoping that it really wouldn’t rain like the weathermen were predicting. They had planned an outdoor ceremony so the last thing I know they wanted was rain!! The morning of October 5th we all woke up to beautiful Houston, TX skies and thankfully those beautiful skies lasted all day and into the night as well!! It was such an honor to photograph Lauren & Dean on their wedding day. I started off at their home in the heights area to capture a few detail photos and Lauren getting ready!! Can I just say her dress is BEAUTIFUL… actually she is beautiful… and this may sound cheesy but I don’t care because it’s 100% true… Lauren is beautiful both inside & outside. She seriously has a heart of gold, is so kind, loving, puts everyone’s needs before her own, and is a woman of God. Lauren over the past few months you have taught me so much in the few times we met and I can’t thank you enough for the example you set for women!! After Lauren got dressed we headed to the northern part of Houston where their ceremony and reception was being held at Shirley Acres. Everything about the day was wonderful!! Lauren & Dean’s bridal party was amazing to work with, their families were so sweet and welcomed me with open arms. Lauren & Dean said “I do” in a beautiful sunset ceremony with family & friends from all over to celebrate with them. Lauren & Dean, thank you for letting me capture you wedding day.
