From the day you say your vows to the celebrations of your growing family, my true-to-life photography approach preserves every detail and raw emotion so you can treasure them for a lifetime and leave a lasting legacy for generations to come.
I’ve spent over 15 years doing what I love: documenting special moments that take you back to the moment you lived them. Nothing matters more to me than giving you the space to enjoy the moment, and later the images.
For me, photography is more than a pretty photo. It’s capturing the fleeting moments that no one notices. It’s the deep connection that forms between each shutter sound. It’s documenting experiences down to the detail of how you experience them so that they can be enjoyed forever.
Your celebrations don’t end after your wedding day. The other big milestones in your life merit preservation, too.
You deserve nothing less than timeless and true images that reflect every color, detail, and rush of emotion from your wedding day.
I first photographed Emily & Casey for their engagement session in the fall of 2018. I then had the joy of photographing their wedding day in April of 2019 (and y’all want to talk about crazy April weather… their wedding day was FREEZING…. And rainy and then foggy… but also so perfect!!). Since photographing their wedding I’ve gotten to know these two even more and they have gone from clients to friends and are near and dear to me!! I’ve had the opportunity to mentor Emily in photography and have her beside me at weddings every once in a while. Every time we head to the beach we talk about them coming down to do photos but it’s never worked out… UNTIL THIS YEAR!!! Somehow all the stars aligned and they were able to head to Beaufort, SC for a weekend while we were there for spring break!! While they were there I got to have them back in front of my camera and y’all it was so fun!! I love getting to photograph sessions on the coast and it becomes double special when it’s past clients/friends that I get to photograph in one of my favorite places!!
March started off for me with Danae & Andrew’s wedding day at The Millstone at Adams Pond. Y’all it was the most beautiful day!!! The sun definitely could not decide if it wanted to come out or stay in but other than that it was perfect!!! Andrew arrived prior to Danae and as I went out to greet him (even with his mask on 🙂 ) he was wearing the biggest grin and so excited to get married to Danae. These two have known each other for a long time and so March 6th was a super special...
Almost six years ago Abby & Ben came into my life and it has been such a joy to watch them go from engaged, to married, to now becoming mom & dad!! Ben’s job moved them to the northeast but back in October they were back in the upstate for a weekend and asked me if I’d be available to take maternity photos for them on a certain afternoon and I was just soooo giddy that I just happened to be photographing a few sessions back to back that day and would be able to make it happen!!...
Let me show you how I can capture those raw emotions for you.
