Lowndes Grove – Charleston Wedding Venue

In February I had the opportunity to photograph a beautiful editorial at Lowndes Grove which is in Charleston, SC. The venue is nestled in the back of a neighborhood on the river and it is incredible. There are so many amazing locations inside the house as well as outside to photograph weddings and portraits and it is always an treat to document someone there.

I photographed a wedding at a private estate two years ago where hair and makeup ran behind. We went from having an hour and a half for all of the portraits to having thirty minutes, and that thirty minutes still had to cover the bride and groom, the wedding party, and both families. While we […]

Palm Springs, California is one of those places you visit and you’ll never forget!! I loved my time there and really enjoyed my time with Sasha & Chloe for their session amongst the windmills!! We had so much fun and I’m so excited to share a handful of my favorite images from my session with […]

I was standing on a porch in Highlands last fall, watching the fog roll down over the mountains while a bride got her veil pinned in by her mom. Nobody was rushing. There was coffee going cold on a side table and somebody’s grandfather telling a story in the next room. And I remember thinking: […]
