Back in June I had the privilege of documenting Kayla & Anthony’s intimate wedding here in Spartanburg.  You may remember them from last fall when I documented their surprise proposal!!  Kayla & Anthony’s love story is something special.  They’ve known each other for a LONG time and have watched each other grow up, to then start dating, to then making the move to South Carolina so Kayla could go to Chiropractic school and then two years later Anthony to be called to go to Chiropractic school as well.  When these two told me they were going to go ahead and do a small intimate ceremony I was all in and couldn’t be happier for the two of them.  I have LOVED getting to know them over the last two years and so to be part of this meant a lot.  It was definitely a sticky and humid June evening but that didn’t matter to these two.  As you’ll be able to see they were pretty smitten to be getting married!!!  Kayla & Anthony, I am loving getting to document part of y’alls love story and to be there back in June was soo fun!!!  Now I can’t wait to meet ALL of y’alls family and friends next June when we head up to PA for y’alls celebration wedding!!!  So yes, y’all will be seeing these two again over the next year and I can’t wait… but for now here are a few of my favorite images from back in June!!

I grew up in a house full of photos. My dad or I when I was old enough, was always behind a camera…family dinners, road trips, Sunday afternoons that probably didn’t seem worth documenting but somehow always were. That’s where I fell in love with this work. And somewhere along the way, I also learned […]

Meredith and J.G. invited their family and friends to the Piermont Cottage, which is part of Old Edwards Inn for brunch and farewells the morning after their wedding day.
The morning was full stories that were filled with laughter and joy!! It was the perfect way to end an amazing weekend. Venue  | The Farm […]

Meredith and John Grady were married on a beautiful, Friday afternoon in July in Highlands, North Carolina. Meredith began her day at the Farm at Old Edwards Inn, surrounded by so many incredible women in her life. The morning was full of joy, love, and an abundance of happy tears. After Meredith slipped into her […]
