I have been soo excited to photograph this wedding day. From first meeting Hannah back in February, to sitting down with the two of them a few weeks later, to their fun engagement session, to just chatting with Hannah as the wedding day approached I knew this day was going to be a special one. The week of the wedding I started getting nervous because the chance of rain was a HUGE possibility and this was an outside wedding and ohh gosh I was just praying that they would get the wedding they had been dreaming about and planning for!! That entire Saturday I kept a close eye on the weather & even when I arrived at Lenora’s Legacy I kept my phone handy and my eyes on the sky & an umbrella close because I still wasn’t sure what was going to happen weather wise… but my doubts in the weather completely went away when Joe met me outside the farmhouse with a huge smile because he was so dang excited to marry his bride in just a few short hours… as much as I already knew it, his smile & the way he was talking about Hannah and that day reminded me once again that no matter what happened weather wise… the ONLY thing that mattered at the end of the day was that they would be married!!!
Hannah & Joe did an amazing job in all their little details. Besides the yummy food, everything that happened on this day was done with love & done by the hands of family & friends… this wedding had love weaved throughout it all & it was such a precious day. The love that overflowed from everyone was contagious… the love they have for one another, but most importantly their love for God. This union in marriage is a sweet sweet sweet one and I was completely honored & blessed to be able to photograph it.
I’m pretty much obsessed with Hannah’s dress!!! I LOVE lace, like love love love it!!!! 🙂 🙂
The love & joy between Hannah & her sisters & sweet mom was such a job to be around… as was Hannah when she received little notes from Joe throughout the afternoon as she got ready, she was all smiles and ready to marry her groom!! It was cute!! Joe wrote notes on anything he could find… even receipts!!!
So many special and intimate moments on this wedding day!!! Hannah & Joe, thank you for letting me be part of them!!
Blue skies!!! 🙂 🙂 This made for a happy bride & happy photographer 🙂 :)!!! However I’m not going to lie, right as the ceremony was about to start there was this DARK storm cloud headed right in our direction… but NO RAIN!! SCORE!!!!
Hannah was a stunning bride!! Hannah, you are so precious & I am in awe of your heart. You are an amazing example & I am so excited to see you be a wife!!!
Her bridesmaids were beautiful too!!! AND THE SWEETEST!!! Thank you ladies for being so amazing!!!!
Y’all how adorable are these two?! I died!!!I loved what Hannah picked out for Joe & his groomsmen to wear!!!! Joe, can I just say that your love for your bride is beautiful & I am so glad I was able to see it first hand so many times this past year!!!
This was a fun group of gentlemen!!!
I don’t even know where to begin with this sweet ceremony. From how sweet Joe was at seeing his beautiful bride to the first time, to the outpouring of love that was shown, to the actual ceremony itself (y’all it was beautiful and it had me at times wishing I did video to remember every bit of it), to their first ever kiss… to being pronounced husband & wife and them being sooooo incredibly happy!!
When I first sat down with these two I asked… are y’all getting married under the tree or somewhere else on the property… and boy was I excited when they said under the tree!! It was beautiful!!!!
I loved this part of the ceremony. It was them as bride & groom looking out at their guests & acknowledging the marriages that were there before them… and not just there to watch them get married, but to support them, rally for them & with them, love on them!!!
I have been to a lot of weddings and this was the first time I’d seen the tree planting for the unity part of the ceremony. I love it, I love the symbolism it has in being rooted in Christ and becoming one in & through marriage!!!
The vows they wrote for one another were BEAUTIFUL!!!!
Y’all can you just see the excitement they have in the left photo?!?!?!?! They were about to kiss for the very first time and I am just giddy with how excited they were!!!!!
This bridal party was soo much fun!!!!
Hannah & Joe set aside a good chunk of time after family & bridal party photos for photos of just the two of them. Y’all this was such a special time. I loved just being able to step back and snap away so many times because they were in the moment & alone together as husband & wife for the first time. I had a HARD time narrowing down images… I love so many of them!!!I love how they make each other laugh!!!!
See told you there were too many favorites!!!
The reception was held in the Peach Shed!!! Sooo fun!!! Loved the out pouring of words that were spoken to them during the ceremony!!
Hannah & Joe, thank you for wanting me to document your wedding day!!! I loved my time with y’all! It was such a special day!!!
