Gosh I sure do love photographing this family. I’ve been photographing them for almost 4 years and what a joy it has been to watch them go from engaged, to married, to pregnant, to baby, to miss C now being 2 years old!!! MICHELLE & JJ MAKE HER STOP GROWING UP!!!! JK!!!! Miss C is an absolute doll to photograph & be around and had me thinking how alike her and my little one are. Gosh I wish we still lived in Texas because the two of them would have a lot of fun together!!! I photographed this sweet family when I was back in the Houston area for my nephew’s arrival. We met in downtown Richmond on a mildly hot (and for those in SC I know y’all know what hot is… but good gravy Houston hot in August… and the weeks I was there… well it’s unbearable… if there’s two things I DON’T miss about Texas… it’s the HOT summers and the traffic)… so yes it was quite warm, but because we met so early in the morning it wasn’t unbearable yet and Miss C did awesome… as did her mommy & daddy!!! 
One thing I love most about doing sessions in Richmond are all the random buildings and nooks and crannies!!! I definitely have my favorite spots & I LOVE that at different parts of the day you get different looks because the way the sun reflects off the buildings. Michelle, I’m so glad y’all decided to do the downtown look this time around… I hope you love the photos as much as I do!!!
Miss C’s faces CRACK ME UP!!!! She totally tries to be all tough but then she cracks a laugh and AHHH you melt along with her AND you smile right along with her!!!!
I love that she’s puckering up just like mommy in this one photo and I really can’t get enough of that sweet smile & laugh!!!!

Ohhh Miss C I am LOVING getting to watch you and document you growing up!!! You are such a sweet sweet little girl & I am excited to see the bigger girl that you’ll become!!! Michelle & JJ, thank y’all for wanting me to photograph your sweet family again. I ADORE my time with you guys and it’s never long enough… but I’m thankful for it no matter what!!!!
