A Mother’s Day Surprise… The G kids… {Katy, TX – Family Photographer}

I was so excited to get an email from Wayne telling me he wanted to surprise his lovely wife Amy with photos of their kids for Mother’s Day.  He told me that Amy had wanted me to take photos of their family but they just never got around to it so now he wanted to be able to give her photos.  So we talked back and forth, nailed down a date, location, and met up one Saturday evening and were able to get photos of their 4 kids.  These 4 kids are a hoot and SOO incredibly different from one another… and they are all GREAT kids.  I could have totally spent more than an hour with them just getting to know them and who they are as siblings AND also as individuals… LOVED that Saturday evening with these 4.  Wayne, thank you so much for contacting me and wanting to surprise Amy with photos.  Amy, I hope you were surprised and I hope you love the photos of your kids!!  Here’s a few photos from the session…

Photography is in my blood and seeking truth is in my soul. Which is a deep way of saying, I’ve loved to take photos for a really long time, y’all. I’d love to share my story with you then listen to yours.

I took a trip to Knoxville, TN to document Sarah & Andy’s engagement session.  They wanted to do their session where they will be getting married in 2026 and it was the best decision ever!  Not only did I get to meet and hang out with Sarah & Andy, but I also was able to […]

Greenville, you’ve been a beautiful backdrop—but lately, I’ve fallen hard for something else: private estate weddings. If you’re dreaming of tying the knot somewhere that’s more your world than a checklist, a family home‑turned‑wedding‑day‑stage is where the real magic happens. Why private estates feel so right Authentic comfort from beginning to end It’s your space. […]
