Senior Portraits

Erika & Kristen… {Katy, TX – Senior Portrait Photography}

Last fall when Donna contacted me to do Erika and Kristen’s senior portraits I was ecstatic.  I had photographed twins before, but never twins that were walking around, much less finishing up their senior year of high school.  I had photographed one of their friends in the fall and she had told me how much fun these two are (and boy she was right!!).  Erika and Kristen were so much fun and I LOVED hanging out with them for two hours!!  They are identical twins (and I totally see it)… but they are totally different and it’s awesome.  I love that they have their own individual style and things they like to do, but yet share the same clothes, have tons of the same friends and just love to be around each other.  Their laughs are contagious and their love for TV (especially One Tree Hill and White Collar), and the fact that they love Wilmington, NC (where I went to college) bonded us forever :)!!  You girls are awesome and I am so glad I got to spend two hours with you two (and your mom :))!!  Here are a few photos from our session… check back next week for their individual photos…

Photography is in my blood and seeking truth is in my soul. Which is a deep way of saying, I’ve loved to take photos for a really long time, y’all. I’d love to share my story with you then listen to yours.

There’s a reason people plan entire weekends around being in Highlands in October. The weather cools down, the leaves start changing, and suddenly a drive you’ve made a dozen times takes twice as long because everyone in the car wants to stop and look at the view. I’ve photographed quite a few Highlands, North Carolina […]

I photographed a wedding at a private estate two years ago where hair and makeup ran behind. We went from having an hour and a half for all of the portraits to having thirty minutes, and that thirty minutes still had to cover the bride and groom, the wedding party, and both families. While we […]
