Matt, Meagan, Ryan & Quinn… {Richmond, TX – Family Portrait Photographer}

I just LOVE this family.  More than being my clients, they are some of mine and Gary’s dearest friends.  I have been able to photograph this family on numerous occasions… Matt & Meagan were photography guinea pigs back in 2009, I was able to be there just a few hours after the birth of their precious babies and then was able to do their newborn sessions.  This whole family is near and dear to my heart and I don’t know how exactly to express my gratitude and love for them in a blog post.  Matt and Meagan, thank you for being amazing friends.  For being here for us to support us and pray for us and love on us.  Thank you for also letting us be part of your lives.  You guys really do mean a lot to me and to Gary!!

okay, okay… on to the session :)… A few Friday’s ago I met up with the beautiful family to do their Christmas/6 months of the twins photos.  I felt so bad b/c Meagan was under the weather and the last place I know she wanted to be was taking pictures… but she and the twins and Matt did awesome.  We had a lot of fun and were able to get some great photos!!  Thank you guys for trusting me again to photograph your family.  Ryan and Quinn were perfect and the two of you were amazing!!  It was fun and I really do love to photograph your family.  Can’t wait for the kiddos to begin sitting so we can get some good ones of them upright :).  Love you guys!!  Here’s a few shots from the session…

I was standing on a porch in Highlands last fall, watching the fog roll down over the mountains while a bride got her veil pinned in by her mom. Nobody was rushing. There was coffee going cold on a side table and somebody’s grandfather telling a story in the next room. And I remember thinking: […]

Anna & Ramsey reached out a few months prior to their wedding day to see if I was available for their intimate wedding day in Highlands, NC at Old Edwards Inn. I was over the moon that I was available and that it would be the wedding that my 2025 wedding season ended with. The […]
