A Beautiful Day for Family Portraits… {Katy, TX, Family Photographer}

We have had an unusually cold winter here in the suburbs of Houston Texas.  In 2009 we got really lucky and had upper 70 degree days in February… this February not so much.  So when the first of March came around a few weeks back I was more than ready for spring like temperatures and weather… they finally arrived last week!!!  They arrived just in time for a family photo shoot.  On Saturday I met David, Amy and Zachary (and Lauren, who’s due in just a matter of weeks) in Katy for a fabulous session on a beautiful day!  I had so much fun with these three.  Zachary is adorable and is getting ready to turn 3, baby sister Lauren is on her way and I can’t wait to meet her and photograph her :).  This family is amazing!!  Thank you so much for letting me capture these photos for you all.  Here’s a few from the shoot…

Meredith and John Grady were married on a beautiful, Friday afternoon in July in Highlands, North Carolina. Meredith began her day at the Farm at Old Edwards Inn, surrounded by so many incredible women in her life. The morning was full of joy, love, and an abundance of happy tears. After Meredith slipped into her […]
